Resonance Repatterning uses applied kinesiology (muscle checking) to obtain information from the body system. This information is gathered from the unconscious mind (these unconscious behaviors, thoughts, patterns) to bring to the conscious mind to clear with a spiral up option ( such as breathing, touch points, movements, essential oils, etc). I am passionate about this resource because of the impact it had made on my own personal account.
